The Problem

The “official” solution — the WhatsApp Business API — costs $50-200/month, requires a developer, takes weeks to set up, and forces you to use a separate phone number your customers don't recognize.
We knew there had to be a better way. One that doesn't require an expensive API account, a developer on staff, or a complicated CRM platform.
So we built ReplyGrid — a tool that lets any small business import their contacts, write a personalized message, and broadcast it to thousands of customers in a single click. For free.
Our Journey
From frustration to product
2024
The Idea
Watched small business owners spend hours copy-pasting WhatsApp messages. Knew there had to be a better way — one that didn't require expensive APIs or developers.
2024
First Prototype
Built the first version of ReplyGrid in a garage. CSV import, message personalization, and one-click broadcast. Tested with 10 local businesses.
2025
Multi-Platform Launch
Launched on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Added unified inbox, real-time delivery tracking, and smart scheduling. Reached 50+ countries.
2026
Scaling Up
